Attorney Dale Sweeney is a Sumner County native, having grown up in White House where he attended White House High and graduated in 2007. After graduation, Dale left home to attend the University of Alabama, and after thoroughly enjoying his time in Tuscaloosa decided to return home to finish his undergraduate degree at Middle Tennessee State University. Dale decided to continue his education at the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he obtained his law degree in 2018. After passing the bar, Dale moved back home to Sumner County and began his work as a Personal Injury attorney in Hendersonville. Dale handled a wide variety of personal injury cases, from car accidents and slip-and-falls, to birthing injuries and medical malpractice cases. Dale went on to work for the Sumner County District Attorney’s Office as a Criminal Prosecutor here in Gallatin. During his time as a prosecutor, Dale handled a variety of cases, both felonies and misdemeanors, ranging from serious violent crimes to petty drug offenses and everything in between.

Although Dale loved his time as a prosecutor, he felt the calling to go back into private practice and help Sumner County families, giving back to the people of the county that gave him everything growing up. Dale understands that every case is different, and there isn't a "one size fits all" solution to any case. Dale is eager to use his culmination of experiences in the legal arena to represent you in any Criminal Defense, Family Law, Business matter, or Personal Injury cases.
